This patient-centered design improved the user experience while supporting clinical functions. High ceilings, wide hallways, glazed partitions, and clerestory windows extend daylight through the space. Acoustical ceiling clouds temper noise in the open office, while "meet-and-greet" rooms provide enclosed retreats for sensitive conversations.
DESIGN DRIVERS
The project included exterior renovation of the 1950s-era building, common space improvements, and tenant improvements.
Designers worked to increase natural light while addressing HIPAA privacy concerns.
The renovated building earned LEED Silver certification.
