This new, three-story building in NW Portland's Slab Town area expands the DoveLewis campus with two stories for the animal hospital and a third serving as speculative office.
DESIGN DRIVERS
Parking is provided in an underground lot, with car stacker equipment used to increase parking stall counts.
The green roof, which helps treat stormwater, has a paw print pattern.
Medical facilities include specialized treatment areas, modern imagery spaces (MRI, x-ray, ultrasound), and surgery rooms.
Design includes comfort rooms for patients and families, community room, education rooms, and exterior balconies.
