Rising from the shell of a building that burned in a fire, Clay Creative blends modern workplace amenities with a design that respects the historic context of the Central Eastide. As one of the pioneers of large-scale mass timber construction in Portland, the speculative project quickly attracted tenants that were looking for space unique to the market.

The six-story mixed-use building includes ground floor retail space, an expansive rooftop deck, extensive bike amenities, and below grade parking to serve tenants.
An innovative hybrid structure merges mass timber, structural steel, and post-tension concrete which maximizes efficiency and leverages each system’s inherent advantages.
