Delivered via both design-build and negotiated delivery methods, their complex projects have been completed on time, adhering to aggressive fast track schedules, with multiple bid packages.

Mackenzie has delivered this client projects in campus development, research and development, semiconductor, labs, and traffic engineering.
Project components have included lab spaces, non-critical fab labs, gowning rooms, wafer starts, parts clean, automation lab, and Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
The team has provided extensive stakeholder engagement and collaboration with numerous process engineers and systems owners for specialized design considerations, conveyance coordination, and materials handling systems.
In addition to architectural design, Mackenzie provides civil, structural, and traffic engineering, transportation planning, permitting and entitlements, and landscape architecture for the client’s Hillsboro campus.
