In need of a replacement outdoor swim facility, the Sunriver Owners Association partnered with Mackenzie to develop a layout for a new community gathering area that serves the homeowners of this community. Working through several design iterations, the final plan included two pools and two buildings. It took advantage of views to Mt. Bachelor and connections to the multi-use trail and emphasized separate swimming experiences for different users.
