The project team designed a new facility to house a variety of civic functions (City Hall, Municipal Court, Police, and an Emergency Operations Center), enhance citizen experience when visiting, and increase operation efficiency and workplace design for staff.
DESIGN DRIVERS
Community goals for the project included increased operational efficiency, flexibility for the future, a 50-year lifespan, and a police facility that meets state seismic requirements.
